About the Role

Our client is seeking a Production Estimator to provide vital support to the Estimating Manager while acting as a key point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, and trades. This role is responsible for preparing accurate estimates, managing estimating software, and reviewing plans and documentation to ensure buildability and cost accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for production home projects, including labour, materials, and overheads.

- Collaborate with Sales Consultants, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather accurate information and refine estimates.

- Monitor project budgets and provide updates on cost variances.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation for estimates and related communications.

- Prepare sales estimates.

- Perform general estimating and administrative duties,



including updating catalogues, pricing, and assisting with procurement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate IV in Building and Construction, a relevant trade background, or demonstrated experience in residential construction.

- Previous experience in production estimating within the residential construction industry (advantageous but not essential).

- Solid knowledge of Databuild.

- Experience completing build take-offs.

- Knowledge of Bluebeam (advantageous but not essential).

- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Excellent organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
