Licensed Electrician – Commercial & Residential | $55–$60/hr + Super

About the role

Spartech Electrical Services is looking for a fully licensed electrician who is excellent on the tools and wants to run jobs independently, not just follow instructions. One week you're on a shop fit-out, the next on a strata job or a high-end residential renovation. We're a small business, so your work isn't lost in a big system, it's a direct part of how far we grow. For the right person, this role has a clear path to Operations Manager within 6-12 months.

What you'll be doing

- Commercial and residential electrical work across Liverpool and surrounding Sydney areas

- Shop fit-outs, renovations, upgrades and maintenance

- Switchboard upgrades, power and lighting, fault finding

- Taking on jobs from start to finish with minimal supervision, and running an apprentice when needed

- Communicating clearly with builders, site managers and clients

What we're looking for

- Current NSW Electrical Licence

- Solid experience across both commercial and residential work

- Genuinely comfortable working independently,



thinking ahead and making calls on site without needing to be told what to do

- Clean, tidy, takes pride in the finish

- Reliable, on time, respectful on site

- White Card and NSW driver's licence

- Someone who wants more than just a job, and is ready to step up as the business scales
