Fishing Crew Tasmania

The established fishing company, Lyenna Pty Ltd, working in the Tasmania area of Australia fishing grounds seeks full-time Deckhands and Fishing hands. This company maintains a drug-free workplace, employees can be subject to random drug testing which is a condition of employment. Successful candidates MUST have at least 3 years relevant experience that can be reference checked for the position. It would help if you were solid as the position involves heavy lifting, working on a deck, often on heavy seas. You will be away from home for several days or weeks. Normally there is a short turnaround in port before returning to sea.

For successful candidates, a salary or percentage of the catch rate as per industry standards will be negotiated according to qualifications, skills, experience, and performance in the same or similar occupation.





An annual base salary for full-time employees will range from $71,481 for Deck and Fishing Hands.
