Salary between $100,000 and $110,000 depending on experience
We currently have vacancies for qualified CHEF, the positons are Kalgoorlie based and not FIFO.

1. Prepare, Cook meals according to recipes
2. Prepare high-quality standard dishes
3. Plan Menus
4. Plan new recipes
5. Manage Food Supplies and Inventory of Stock
6. Maintain Clean Kitchen
7. Supervise and train kitchen staff
8. Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained correctly
9. Minimize food waste
10. Monitor food quality
11. Ensure food is prepared safely and within health and hygiene regulations
Skills and Qualifications
1. Previous Experience as a chef or cook
2. Customer Service Experience
3.
Excellent communication skills
4. Robust leadership
5. Team Management Skills
6. Able to work flexible hours- including public holiday and weekends
7. Inventory and Cost Control
8. Ability to work under pressure
9. Ability to create new menu items
10. Certification in culinary
11. Problem solving abilities
12. Strong cooking skills and menu planning skills
Working Conditions
