We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Perth law firm who are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join their growing team. The Role

You will be responsible for managing a diverse property law practice, including:

- Advising clients on commercial and residential property transactions.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for the sale and purchase of property.
- Managing commercial and retail leasing matters, including preparing and negotiating leases, licences and related agreements.
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals and developments.
- Conducting due diligence for property transactions.
- Preparing and reviewing easements, covenants and other property-related documentation.
- Advising on strata and community title matters.
- Assisting with property financing and security documentation.
- Liaising with clients, financial institutions, developers, local authorities and other stakeholders.




- Managing settlements and ensuring transactions are completed efficiently.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused legal advice.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current unrestricted Australian Practising Certificate.
- Experience practising in Property Law.
- Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
- A commitment to providing outstanding client service.
- An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships.
