Group Colleges Australia Pty Ltd, trading as Universal Business School Sydney (UBSS), is a leading independent higher education provider offering courses accredited by the Australian Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA). As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Campus Manager to lead the establishment and day-to-day operations of our new Perth campus.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the campus operates efficiently while delivering an outstanding experience for students, academic staff, and professional staff. You will oversee campus operations, student services, facilities, compliance, and administrative functions, while supporting the successful growth of the campus.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced education professional to play a pivotal role in launching and developing a new campus within a growing Australian higher education provider.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Perth campus.
- Lead, support and supervise professional and academic support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and student-centred campus culture.
- Ensure compliance with the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards), the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act, the National Code, and internal policies and procedures.
- Oversee student administration, including enrolment support, orientation, student records, attendance monitoring (where applicable), and student services.
- Coordinate campus timetables, room bookings and operational resources.




- Manage campus facilities and liaise with building management and external service providers.
- Support the implementation of institutional policies, quality assurance initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
- Assist with internal and external audits, compliance reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Support student engagement activities and collaborate with academic staff to enhance the student experience.
- Monitor campus budgets, operational performance, and resource utilisation.
- Prepare operational reports for senior management. Resolve operational issues, student concerns, and staff matters in a timely and professional manner.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in campus management, operations management within the higher education sector.
- Strong leadership, organisational and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Sound understanding of the Australian higher education regulatory environment, including the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) and ESOS requirements.
- Experience managing student services, campus operations, and administrative functions.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented leadership team.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Management, IT, or a related discipline.
