Service Manager Photocopier– WA Operational ownership role | $100,000–$110,000 base + Super | Company SUV provided
This is a genuine step up for an experienced service professional ready to take ownership of how our service operation runs across Western Australia. You'll report directly to our Director, working alongside our Service Coordinator, with real influence over parts, process, and supplier relationships — and a salary package to match the scope of the role. We’ve just had another record year of growth in our photocopier division and expanding for this role
About the Role: As Service Manager Photocopier, you'll take full ownership of:
Parts management — overseeing usage, stock levels, and ordering across WA.
Process improvement — identifying and driving better ways of working.
OEM escalations — managing and resolving issues directly with manufacturers.
Statewide oversight — overseeing service standards and delivery across all our WA locations, based out of our Perth office.
Staff training and development — as much or as little as suits you; there's scope to shape this side of the role around your strengths.
This isn't the service manager role of the past, forget sitting behind a desk pushing paper. Around 80% of our current business is brand new client relationships, and first impressions matter. In this phase of our growth, you'll also be hands‑on in the field yourself, driving our vans and personally involved in installs, including moving devices from van to client site.
As our long‑term client base builds over time, the field component will ease and your focus will shift more toward the operational side of the role.
What You'll Bring:
Senior-level experience in photocopier service operations, with strong organisation and planning skills.
A genuine willingness to be hands‑on — comfortable driving a van and getting involved in installs, not just managing from a distance. Our Director and Sales Manager assist when required in this.
Confidence liaising with OEMs and resolving escalations.
Openness to training or mentoring others where it suits you — this can be shaped around your strengths.
A valid driver's licence.
