Dometic is seeking an E-Commerce Manager for Australia on a parental leave contract. Based in Varsity Lakes, QLD, you will own the Australian DTC business with P&L; accountability and drive end-to-end growth across performance marketing, website optimisation, fulfilment, and customer experience.

The role requires 6+ years in e-commerce, 3+ years in leadership, and strong experience with CMS/PIM platforms. On-site, five days a week in a global, rapid-paced environment.
