Yo-Chi is opening its very first Northern Territory venue in Darwin at Casuarina Square. You will relocate from Adelaide, lead the ground-up launch, and take full ownership of the venue, shaping culture from day one and driving the expansion path for Yo-Chi.
Four weeks of paid training in Adelaide precede the Darwin opening. You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage operations, and drive guest experiences, all while building solid local community ties.
