We are now looking for a Revenue Officer, with proven experience in the Aged Care Sector to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the care they deserve by supporting accurate funding, billing, and revenue management.

About the Role

As our Revenue Officer, you'll be the engine behind our revenue processes, ensuring resident funding, government subsidies, billing, and account management are handled accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with operational, finance, and admissions teams to optimise revenue outcomes while delivering exceptional service to residents and families.

What You'll Be Doing

- Processing fortnightly billing for Residential Aged Care and ILUs, using Technology One.

- Supporting Support at Home (SaH) claims and reconciliations.

- Ensuring accurate setup of new residents’ fees, charges, and RADs across systems

- Supporting Medicare claims, reconciliations, and outstanding items

- Ensuring accurate calculation and processing of resident fees, means-tested fees, RADs, DAPs,



and other aged care charges.

- Liaising closely with the Admissions team to maintain up to date records

- Maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and internal stakeholders.

- Ensuring compliance with aged care funding and government requirements.

- Reconciling accounts and investigating revenue discrepancies.

- Contributing to system enhancements, automation initiatives, and best-practice workflows.

What You'll Bring

- Experience in complex revenue and billing processes in the Aged Care sector -essential.

- Confidence working across multiple systems (Technology One experience beneficial)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of aged care funding and resident billing processes is highly regarded.
