As a Receptionist at Cairns Specialist Dental, you will be one of four friendly faces that make up our amazing team that are the first point of contact for our patients. In this full-time position based in Cairns, QLD 4870, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all who attend our practice.
What you'll be doing
1. Warmly greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival
2. Handling patient enquiries and booking appointments efficiently
3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
4. Providing exceptional support to both our patients and our Specialists at all times
5. All administrative tasks associated with a busy Specialist Practice, including the handling of all emails, referrals, reports etc.
6. Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and organised
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within the healthcare industry
2. Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
3. Excellent organisational, multitasking abilities and forethought
4. Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
