We're looking for a hands-on Forklift Operator/Yard Hand to join our team at Bathurst, with genuine opportunity to gain additional tickets and upskill over time.

This is a day shift role with consistent hours and real variety in the work.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating the forkliftLoading and unloading trucks, skip bins and trailersSorting and grading ferrous and non-ferrous metalProviding a high standard of service to customers in the yardHelping keep the yard safe and running efficiently

What You'll Need

A current forklift licenceA strong work ethic and reliable attendanceAbility to work independently and stay on taskA professional,



customer-focused approach when dealing with people on-siteWillingness to learn and take on new tickets over timeExperience in scrap metal, recycling or a similar industry is a bonus but we'll provide training for the right person
