We're looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Dispatch Supervisor who is ready to supervise daily logistic operations while developing into a future logistics leader within our business.

This is more than a supervisor role—it's an opportunity to work closely with our leadership team, gain exposure to all aspects of transport and logistics management, and progress through the logistics department to a senior position as the company continues to grow.

The Role

As Dispatch Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of equipment in and out of our warehouse while coordinating daily delivery operations across Perth and regional Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise a casual workforce

- Delivery and collection of hire equipment

- Manage delivery and collection runs

- Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, loaded and dispatched accurately

- Coordinate drivers, installers and warehouse crews to meet operational requirements

- Maintain high standards of safety, organisation and efficiency within the dispatch area

- Work closely with Customer Service, Sales and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

- Assist with inventory control and stock accuracy

- Identify and implement improvements to dispatch processes and workflow

- Support the training and development of warehouse and logistics team members

About You

You are someone who enjoys being at the centre of the action and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.

You'll Ideally Have:

- Experience in dispatch, logistics, transport coordination or warehouse supervision

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

- The ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules

- Experience coordinating staff, drivers or contractors

- A hands-on leadership style and the ability to motivate a team

- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

- Confidence using logistics, warehouse or inventory management systems

- A commitment to safety and operational excellence

Essential Requirements

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)

- Physically fit and capable of manual handling when required

- Flexibility to work varying hours during peak event periods, including occasional weekends
