Scotford Fennessy Recruitment is seeking an experienced Training Advisor to support a mining operation in Western Australia.

This is a Perth-based role responsible for developing and maintaining training systems, programs, and documentation that support a remote site operation. Working closely with site stakeholders, you'll play a key role in ensuring training is structured, compliant, and aligned with operational requirements.

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in a Training Advisor or Training Coordinator role within mining or heavy industry
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
- Experience developing training packages, competency frameworks, and training matrices




- Strong understanding of learning management systems and training compliance
- Ability to work collaboratively with operational leaders and remote site personnel
- Excellent written communication and document development skills
