Your new company
My client, a large and complex Federal Government agency, are seeking multiple experienced Instructional Designers to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of high-quality learning solutions that support workforce capability and service delivery outcomes.
Your new role
As an APS5 Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and evaluating engaging learning solutions for frontline and operational teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs, translate business requirements into effective training content and develop a range of learning materials across multiple delivery formats.
These roles will see you creating eLearning modules, facilitator guides, learner resources, on-the-job tools and blended learning programs while ensuring accessibility requirements and quality standards are met. You will also support learning needs analysis, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions remain relevant, effective and fit for purpose.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for these roles, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience designing, developing and evaluating learning solutions.
- Experience creating eLearning content and blended learning programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consultation skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into plain English learning content.
- Experience conducting learning needs analysis and capability development activities.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience using learning technologies and design platforms such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Ability to ensure content aligns with accessibility standards and style guides.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- You must be an Australian Citizenship to be considered for these roles.
