With a team of 600+ healthcare professionals supporting clients across Australia, we're expanding our Newcastle operations and are looking for passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our growing clinical team.

About the Role
You'll provide high-quality nursing care to participants living in their own homes, the community, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Supported Independent Living (SIL), aged care and other community settings.
You may support clients with:
- Complex disability
- Neurological conditions
- High physical support needs
- Chronic disease management
- Post-hospital care
- Palliative care
- Community nursing
- Continence and wound management

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical assessments and ongoing health monitoring
- Medication administration and management
- Wound care and pressure injury prevention
- PEG feeding and enteral nutrition
- Catheter and bowel care
- Diabetes management
- Seizure management
- Clinical documentation and progress notes
- Working collaboratively with families and allied health professionals
- Delivering person-centred, evidence-based nursing care
- Supporting participants to achieve greater independence and quality of life

Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration (RN or EN)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current National Police Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance (preferred)
- COVID-19 Vaccination (where required)
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
