The Opportunity
Project Manager Package: $300,000+ (Negotiable)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering high-rise residential projects from commencement through to completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Overall project delivery and performance
- Programme management and construction methodology
- Financial control and reporting
- Client, consultant and stakeholder management
- Leadership of site and project teams
- Risk management, quality and safety oversight
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-rise residential projects
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to drive programme, quality and financial outcomes
We are seeking a Senior CA capable of managing the full commercial function on a major residential project.
Responsibilities include:
- Head contract and subcontract administration
- Procurement and letting of trade packages
- Cost planning and budget control
- Variations, claims and progress claims
- Financial reporting and forecasting
- Working closely with the Project Manager and site team
Requirements:
- Previous experience on large-scale residential or commercial projects
- Solid understanding of contract administration and procurement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple trade packages and stakeholders
