Hill McGlynn is partnering with an established, fast-growing national distribution business to appoint a strong Warehouse Supervisor / 2IC at its Wetherill Park operation. This is a high-volume, temperature-controlled pick-pack site running to tight same-day despatch windows, and it is growing rapid. We are looking for someone hands-on and hungry who will lead from the floor now and grow into an Operations Manager role as the site scales.

The role

- Lead and supervise warehouse teams across the shift in a fast-paced pick-pack operation
- Run carton and unit picking across chilled and ambient stock (this is a pick-pack site, not pallet in, pallet out)
- Hit despatch cut-offs, and own accuracy, productivity and safety on your shift
- Allocate labour, manage flow and keep the operation moving under pressure
- Support the site's leadership and step up to cover when needed




- Grow into full operational ownership as you prove yourself and the site expands

About you

- Supervisory or 2IC experience in 3PL, FMCG distribution or high-volume pick-pack fulfilment
- Hungry to step up into an Operations Manager role and ready to earn it
- A hands-on leader who is on the floor with the team, not behind a desk
- Strong on people, pace, accuracy and safety
- Calm and capable under pressure in a busy, growing operation
- Fresh, chilled or temperature-controlled experience well regarded
- Available at short notice is a real advantage
