Your new role
As the Finance & Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts payable and receivable processing
- Following up outstanding invoices and managing aged receivables
- Processing supplier and subcontractor invoices
- Preparing payroll and employee time sheets
- Reconciling financial data and maintaining accurate records
- Managing multiple inboxes and responding to enquiries
- Coordinating supplier and subcontractor onboarding
- Assisting with scheduling, correspondence and document management
- Providing administrative support to management and the wider team
- Delivering professional customer service to clients, suppliers and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in accounts,
administration or operational support
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and payroll processes
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using MYOB
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- A proactive, reliable and professional approach to work
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
