The Role
You’ll take ownership of multiple residential builds, keeping sites running safely, on time, on budget, and to Burbank’s standards.

What You’ll Do

- Manage multiple home builds end-to-end
- Coordinate trades and site activity
- Schedule works and manage timelines
- Complete QA inspections and ClickHome updates
- Maintain strong safety and compliance standards
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams

What You Bring

- Site Management experience in residential construction (volume preferred)




- Strong trade coordination skills
- Building & Construction qualification
- Solid understanding of codes and OH&S;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- White Card & Driver’s Licence (Builder’s Licence advantageous)
