Monadelphous are seeking a Document Controller to join our PNG Operations team on a full-time, two-year contract based in our Brisbane office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain up to date records of all project related documents
- Receipt and record details of all incoming drawings and documents
- File drawings and documents
- Maintain the electronic project filing system
- Manage and distribute controlled documentation to the team
- Own and organise document access
- Produce weekly document control reports for Project Management
- Provide other tasks to support the Division as and when required
What you will bring:
- Previous experience in document control processes
- Experience using Ineight preferred
- Proficient user of MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work produced
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
- Proven ability to work as a team player, eagerness to learn recent systems and work in dynamic environments
- Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
