We are currently looking for a dedicated Employer Partnerships Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane.

What You'll Do

As our Employer Partnerships Coordinator, you'll sit right at the heart of how we grow — part current business hunter, part employer champion. You'll open doors for our Business Development Managers, and you'll be the steady hand that gets every new employer set up and supported from day one.

A typical day might include:

- Owning the onboarding journey for new employers — guiding them from signed agreement through to their first active employee.

- Being the go-to person for Deed of Novation questions, chasing outstanding documents and resolving issues before they become hold-ups.





- Researching and building prospect lists across priority sectors, then running outreach campaigns that book qualified appointments for our RDM team.

- Keeping employer data clean, accurate and up to date — and flagging at-risk or renewing accounts well before they become a problem.

- Supporting the wider team with CRM updates, proposal templates and day-to-day admin that keeps the pipeline moving.

What You'll Bring

- 2+ years' experience in a client-facing coordination, onboarding, sales support or business development role.

- A confident, professional communicator who builds trust easily with HR and payroll contacts, in person and over the phone.

- Experience managing structured onboarding or implementation processes with multiple stakeholders.

- Comfortable making outbound prospecting calls and handling initial objections calmly.

- Strong data skills, including data cleansing, reconciliation and reporting in Excel.

- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce is a bonus) and the Microsoft 365 suite.

- High attention to detail — accuracy and data quality matter in this role.

- Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to juggle multiple employers and tasks at once.

- Experience in financial services, salary packaging, novated leasing, HR services or the not-for-profit sector is a bonus, but not essential.
