About Us
Polymetals (ASX: POL) acquired the Endeavor Mine in 2023 and formally took control in August 2024. Endeavor is a major underground silver/lead/zinc mine, located 40km north-west of Cobar in Central-West NSW. Since then, Polymetals has delivered an initial 10-year mine plan, secured two US $20million (A$30million) loan facilities, have restarted mining operations in early 2025 and began 24/7 concentrate production in August 2025. It’s an exciting time for Endeavor and the Cobar region, with significant employment opportunities now on the market for the Endeavor Mine operation: one of Australia’s major base metals mines.

The Role
We are seeking experienced Processing Shift Supervisors/Mill Supervisors to join our processing team. Reporting to the Processing Superintendent, your key responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

- Supervise and coordinate all activities within the processing plant on your shift, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of operators, providing direction and resolving any operational issues.
- Ensure the processing plant runs efficiently, including monitoring and optimising equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimise downtime and maximise productivity.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to operational planning.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Supervisory experience in a processing or operations role within the mining or resources sector, ideally with experience processing lead and zinc.




- Sound knowledge of processing plant operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Commitment to safety and compliance, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- 7/7 roster, relocation assistance, and multiple residential subsidies.

DIDO – 7/7 roster:

FIFO – 7/7 roster:

- FIFO: 7/7 to Cobar via Sydney airport. Flights, accommodation and meals / meal allowance provided

Cobar is only 3 hours' drive from the major regional city of Dubbo. Cobar is very accessible to all the Eastern States capitals with daily flights between Cobar and Sydney and is within one days’ driving distance to Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
