- Holds a current full real estate licenece

- Has demonstrated experience across primarily property sales and agency operations

- Is commercially minded, performance-focused and motivated to grow an already flourishing business

- Shares our passion for creating positive social impact through real estate

As Principal, you will:

- Lead overall business operations, supervising property management staff and ensuring compliance and trust account obligations are met

- Prospect for new business and generate listings





- Actively manage key client relationships

- Drive sustainable growth across sales and property management
