We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Cellar Door Staff to join our team. As the face of our winery, you will create memorable experiences for visitors by delivering exceptional wine tastings, sharing the story of our wines and region, and providing outstanding customer service.

This is a casual shift position. Work is predominantly during the day on weekends, Saturday and Sunday availability is a must. There is the occasional night shift for events run throughout the year. And our cellar door is open 7 days so there is the occasional weekday shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

- Conduct wine tastings and provide information about wines, vineyard practices, and winery history.

- Promote and sell wine and wine club memberships.

- Process sales and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.

- Assist with cellar door presentation, cleanliness, and stock replenishment.

- Support winery events, functions, and special promotions as required.

- Ensure responsible service of alcohol in accordance with relevant regulations.

- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

Skills and Experience





- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, or customer service preferred.

- Passion for wine and a willingness to learn about wine products and production.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid sales and customer engagement abilities.

- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.

- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and during peak tourism periods.

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
