About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join the team at Blue Collar Plumbing. This is a full-time position based in Armidale NSW 2350, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality plumbing services to our valued clients. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential, commercial and industrial properties. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects whilst contributing to the reputation and success of our growing business.

Key responsibilities

- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and fittings in residential and commercial properties

- Diagnose plumbing issues using appropriate testing equipment and determine the most efficient solutions

- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure work meets industry standards

- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to identify potential problems before they become costly repairs

- Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and provide professional service to customers

- Comply with all relevant health, safety and building regulations throughout all work undertaken

- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used and time spent on each job

- Communicate effectively with customers to explain work required and provide cost estimates

- Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members on larger projects

What we're looking for

- Current plumbing licence or qualification recognised in Current South Wales

- Proven experience working as a qualified Plumber, preferably 3+ years in the field

- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations and best practices

- Proficiency in using standard plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively





- Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide practical solutions

- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanour

- Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments and conditions

- Reliability, punctuality and strong work ethic

- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the Armidale region

- Preferably First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
