Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a well-maintained, single-owner portfolio consisting of seniors housing and a small commercial portfolio. The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day property operations
- Building strong relationships with tenants and the property owner
- Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and lease obligations
- Working closely with the inspections and administration support team
- Providing a high level of customer service and skilled communication
