We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to partner with leaders and employees across the business, providing end to end HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. This is a varied role where you'll have exposure to employee relations, recruitment, learning & development, remuneration and HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide trusted HR advice and support to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
- Partner with leaders on performance management, employee relations and workplace investigations.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding and HR administration, ensuring accurate employee records.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment across a range of business areas.
- Support workplace health and safety initiatives, workers compensation and compliance activities.
- Assist with learning and development programs and training coordination.
- Contribute to remuneration reviews, employee benefits and market benchmarking.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain HR systems and support ongoing HR projects.
About You
- Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience managing employee relations matters with confidence and professionalism
- Exposure to recruitment, performance management and HR policy interpretation
- Highly organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
