We are looking for an experienced 3PL Operations Manager or you maybe a Supervisor who is looking for their big break. With plenty happening, you will be responsible for leading and growing our Melbourne acquisition.
With a small team that has been with the business for many years and a loyal client base you will need to:
- Plan Workflow
- Exceed Client Satisfaction
- Add our national Transport Clients into the operation
- Lead rather than manage
- Implement the WMS System with assistance from within
- Be hands on
- Be Proactive looking for growth
