The Opportunity
This is more than just managing a portfolio.
You'll become a trusted adviser to our Rental Providers, helping them protect one of their biggest investments while delivering outstanding service to our Renters.
Working alongside an experienced team, you'll enjoy variety, autonomy and the support you need to do your best work.
Your day may include:
- Managing a residential property portfolio
- Building lasting relationships with Rental Providers and Renters
- Conducting routine inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Leasing properties and preparing tenancy documentation
- Negotiating lease renewals and rental reviews
- Managing arrears and tenancy matters
- Attending VCAT hearings where required
- Working collaboratively with our Property Management team
- Contributing to the continued growth of our business
About You
You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.
You communicate well, stay organised under pressure and enjoy finding solutions.
You'll also bring:
- Previous Property Management experience
- A current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or equivalent qualification)
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Confidence using property management software and Microsoft Office
- A desire to continually learn and grow
