Experienced Holiday Park Managers - Couple or Duo

Echo Holiday Parks – Renmark is looking for experienced Holiday Park Managers, either as a duo or a couple. Owned by the Edwards Group, a successful private South Australian family business with a rich history in the tourist and residential parks industry, Echo Holiday Parks operates six locations across South Australia.

Echo Holiday Parks – Renmark is a picturesque riverfront holiday park offering a range of quality cabins, premium riverfront accommodation, and powered caravan and camping sites. Nestled on the banks of the Murray River, the Park boasts views of the iconic Paringa Bridge and is surrounded by the natural beauty of the neighbouring Paringa Paddock National Park, providing guests with a peaceful and memorable stay.

Conveniently located just a short walk or drive from Renmark's town centre, guests enjoy easy access to local shops & cafes. The Park is also home to a small community of permanent residents and has built a loyal following of returning guests who visit year after year, particularly during the busy summer season.

Our Operations Team will work with the incoming Park Managers to achieve set goals and KPIs such as:

- Increasing occupancy and repeat booking visitation

- Leading and managing onsite housekeeping and grounds staff effectively

- Creating and implementing comprehensive maintenance schedules

- Undertaking Project Development work within the Park

- Promoting a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests

- Adopt forward thinking strategies towards creating new business and guest experience opportunities

The successful management couple or duo for this role will be enthusiastic, physically fit and have the following attributes:

- Previous Tourist / Holiday Park experience

- Well versed in NewBook or similar PMS

- Excellent grounds and maintenance skills, knowledge in water treatment systems is desirable

- Strong office and administration background

- Passion for regional tourism

- Ability to obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC)

- Responsible Service of Alcohol

This is an excellent chance for experienced Holiday Park Managers seeking to lead a well-established and highly regarded park while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As part of the Edwards Group, you'll be supported by our Adelaide-based Parks team, providing expertise across marketing, finance, projects, sales, and operations.

This is a permanent full-time position with an anticipated commencement in late August 2026. The salary package includes housing expenses.
