The Network is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager (EL2) to lead the delivery of critical cyber security initiatives as part of a significant enterprise-wide cyber uplift program.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior project professional with a strong background delivering complex cyber security programs within large and highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex cyber security projects and workstreams.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies and governance reporting.
- Drive collaboration across business, technology, security and vendor stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with government and industry cyber security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Provide executive-level reporting, stakeholder engagement and strategic project leadership.
- Translate technical cyber security concepts into clear business outcomes and recommendations.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects within agreed timelines and objectives.

About You

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

- 10+ years' experience delivering complex cyber security projects within large organisations.
- Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST,



Essential Eight and SOCI.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise security initiatives, including:
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Zero Trust
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Network Security
- Active Directory
- Secure Access Service Edge (SASE)
- Governance, Risk and Compliance programs

- Demonstrated expertise managing project finances, schedules, governance and risk frameworks.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication and vendor management skills.
- The ability to influence senior executives and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Essential Requirements

- Active Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory)
- Ability to commence in October
- Previous Federal Government experience highly regarded
