About the Role
As a Production Worker in you will be responsible for:
- Operating machinery and equipment in line with APVMA and GMP standards
- Accurately following documented processes and procedures
- Weighing raw materials to precise specifications
- Conducting product quality checks
- Cleaning and sanitising production areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Meeting production targets and deadlines
- Undertaking comprehensive on‑the‑job training
- Assisting across the business as required
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability and commitment to assigned shifts
- Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks with the ability to lift 25kg
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- A positive, team‑focused attitude
- Forklift licence preferred but not mandatory
