About the Role

This role is ideal for an emerging generalist seeking to broaden their experience, contribute to a growing organisation, and make a meaningful impact. You'll be supported to develop your capability across all facets of the role while working in an setting where your ideas, initiative, and contributions are recognised and encouraged.

Located at our Corporate Head Office Milperra, reporting directly to the Head of People, Culture and Compliance, you will play a key role in delivering People & Culture solutions across our Australian and New Zealand businesses.

You’ll work closely with our leaders to keep our people engagement processes running smoothly and help create a positive, professional experience for our team.

Key Accountabilities

- Act as the key point of contact for People & Culture queries across the business, providing practical, solutions-focused outcomes to stakeholders.

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding; prepare employment contracts and correspondence, and support employees throughout their employment journey.

- Manage complex employment relations issues, including performance management, conduct and grievances.

- Support People & Culture projects, identify opportunities to improve processes, policies and systems, and contribute to initiatives that support business objectives.

- Manage employee engagement initiatives, staff events, recognition programs and projects that enhance the employee experience.

- Coach leaders to build capability and confidence in managing their teams.





- Assist with quality systems - ISO 9001:2015 reviews and upgrades and other ad-hoc corporate initiatives.

About You

- Demonstrated experience in a similar position.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications.

- Maturity, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work autonomously.

- A reliable and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to think differently, bring new ideas and drive continuous improvement.

- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.

- High level of attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
