Hays Manufacturing & Operations is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Laggers/Insulators for a range of upcoming shutdown projects across Newcastle and the Hunter Region.
We are looking to connect with trade-qualified and experienced shutdown personnel who are available for short-term project work over the coming months. These opportunities will involve insulation installation, maintenance and removal works across heavy industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and removal of thermal and acoustic insulation
- Cladding, sheet metal and jacketing works
- Shutdown maintenance and project-based activities
- Working safely within industrial and construction environments
- Following site procedures and permit systems
To Be Successful, You Will Have
- Previous experience as a Lagger,
Insulator or Industrial Trades Assistant with insulation experience
- Current Construction White Card
- Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets (highly regarded)
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
- Robust commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable transport and flexible availability for shutdown schedules
