About the Role

We’re currently seeking experienced and caring candidates to support a male participant in Rathdowney with MS. MUST have experience with personal care (continence aids, showering, dysphagia) & manual handling (hoists/wheelchair). The role requires a calm, confident support worker with experience with wheelchair support and working with physical disabilities.

You Will

- Support with daily living tasks and personal care
- Implement care plans & behaviour support strategies
- Prepare nutritious meals and support healthy routines
- Encourage independence, community participation and social engagement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting

What You'll Need

- NDIS Orientation Completion Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, First Aid and CPR
- Australian Driver’s Licence, reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance




- Minimum 2 years’ experience in support work, community services, or a related field

- Day: $45.28 | Afternoon: $49.80 | Night: $50.71
- Saturday: $63.39 | Sunday: $81.50 | Public Holiday: $99.61
- Vehicle Allowance: $1.01 per km
