Are you a highly organised logistics professional who thrives in a quick-paced environment? Join Coregas and play a key role in leading and coordinating the safe and efficient distribution of cylinder products across Victoria.

What you'll do:

- Lead and coordinate daily scheduling of metro and regional deliveries
- Manage fleet utilisation, load planning, and transport compliance
- Supervise, coach, and support drivers and operational team members
- Liaise with Sales, Operations, and customers to meet service demands
- Ensure Chain of Responsibility (CoR), DG, and safety requirements are met
- Monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance, and fleet performance
- Drive DIFOT performance and operational efficiency targets
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence
- Contribute to team success and continuous improvement

What you'll bring:

- Previous experience in transport scheduling, fleet coordination, or logistics operations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Sound knowledge of transport compliance, safety, and Chain of Responsibility requirements
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise competing demands in a dynamic workplace
