We are seeking a Diploma (or equivalent) Lead Educator to join our passionate team and lead our Pre Kindy room to success!

Your New Role:

- Lead a classroom with enthusiasm, engaging children, families, and educators to create an enriching educational program.

- Manage your classroom effectively, providing flexible routines and creative learning experiences.

- Be a mentor, fostering collaboration, reflection, and respect within your team.

- Implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program.

- Tailor educational programs to meet the unique needs of each child.

- Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Transition Statements.

- Ensure compliance with Government regulations and centre policies to maintain our high-quality standards.

- Establish strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.

- Contribute to documentation and engage in a cycle of reflective practice.

About You:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care as approved by ACECQA.





- Hold a current Blue Card, current approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates.

- A solid grasp of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) principles.
