This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced Clinical Coordinator at our headspace Sale centre to join RAV.

About headspace:
headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds, along with assistance in promoting young peoples’ wellbeing. This covers core areas including mental health, physical health, work and study support and alcohol and other drug services. Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is the lead agency for headspace Sale, which is governed by a consortium of local community organisations who provide expertise, support and advice to RAV.
About the role
Reporting to the Centre Manager, your responsibilities include providing clinical leadership, supervision and operational support to the headspace Sale centre. This involves supervising the multidisciplinary team, supporting clinical reviews, managing referrals and service demand, delivering direct clinical services, and working with community partners to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to young people.
This role is located at Sale and is part-time permanent (0.8EFT) working four (4) days per week with Tuesday evening shift. The base salary range is $120,458-$123,855 (pro-rata) per annum with salary packaging benefits.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification and current AHPRA registration or AASW membership, with demonstrated experience in mental health or community health settings.
- Clinical supervision training and demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision, facilitating clinical reviews and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
- Advanced clinical skills and experience working with young people, including intake, risk assessment, brief interventions and treatment planning.
- Current Victorian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
