MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a leading property developer to recruit an experienced Project Sales Representative for an exciting 12-month contract based in Parramatta.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and growing team, working across a pipeline of residential developments throughout South West Sydney. If you have a background in project sales, land sales or current home sales and enjoy delivering an exceptional customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You'll manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to exchange, working closely with internal development, marketing and project teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing customer enquiries and residential property sales




- Guiding purchasers through the buying journey from enquiry to exchange
- Supporting project launches and weekend sales events
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with reporting, pricing feedback and sales strategy
- Delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

- Previous experience in land sales, project sales or new home sales
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive approach and the confidence to work collaboratively across multiple teams
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle

Working Hours

- 35-hour working week
- Saturday and Sunday required
- Three weekdays
- One weekend off per month
- Flexibility around weekdays depending on project release schedules
