We are currently seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team at our Residential Aged Care Facility and TLC Primary Care clinic.
Location: Whittlesea
Job Type: Part Time – 3 days/week
Availability: Mondays and Wednesdays are required; the third day is negotiable.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply for this role.

The Role
You will be a dedicated, approachable team player with a genuine passion for improving the quality of life of those in your care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive and up-to-date clinical assessments across a diverse patient base
- Prescribing exercise programs and developing tailored care plans
- Delivering effective pain management strategies
- Liaising with residents, families, community patients, nursing and medical practitioners, and equipment suppliers
- Managing falls reviews and implementing prevention strategies
- Providing private practice services within our onsite medical hub
You will also have access to fully equipped, state-of-the-art gymnasiums and a hydrotherapy pool to support the delivery of high-quality treatment programs.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current full registration with AHPRA
- A genuine passion for working with a diverse client base, including elderly residents
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A current valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
- COVID-19 vaccination (3 doses) and 2026 influenza vaccination
- NDIS Check (including police clearance)
