We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant to work alongside our busy Recruitment team to find top talent matching our clients’ needs. As a Delivery Consultant, you will be focused on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for open roles. You’ll be responsible for the candidate journey and partnering with our recruitment teams to source talent, manage the interview process, and guide candidates from application to a successful job offer.
We're looking for someone who's got competitive DNA, wants to be successful, and enjoys working alongside a group of like-minded driven individuals working to achieve the same goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Sourcing and building relationships with candidates through job boards, networks and databases
- Developing strong pipelines for future job openings
- Taking job briefs
- Writing and posting job ads and managing applications
- Conducting phone call screening, review CV’s and shortlist candidates
- Scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and coordinating offers between clients and candidates.
- Understanding current salary trends, skill shortages, and industry demands.

Competencies & Knowledge





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders, clients and candidates
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM/ATS systems (JobAdder experience highly regarded).
- Highly organised, able to manage your time and prioritise your workload
- Collaborative mindset – thrives in a high-performing, team-oriented environment.
- Can work well under pressure, with a positive and resilient attitude

Experience

- Previous Recruitment/ sales experience – minimum 2 years
- Relevant industry knowledge coupled with an ability to deal with clients at many levels and translate client needs into candidate profiles
- Be able to demonstrate good experience in developing and maintaining relationships
