Overview
Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, this great full time opportunity involves building and assembling condensing units, oxy welding, painting finished components, use of tools and machinery etc. No prior experience is necessary and there will be full on the job training provided to the successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities (but would not be limited to):
- Operating hand tools and machinery
- Building and assembling Condensing units and other components
- Following and understanding electrical diagrams
- Occasional warehouse duties (receiving stock, stock take etc)
- Assist experience factory staff in their daily duties
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Year 10 certificate of completion
- Willingness and desire to learn
- Experience using hand and battery powered tools (preferred but not essential)
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be willing to help maintain a safe and supportive working environment
- Willing to do overtime and weekend work when necessary
- Forklift ticket (preferred but not essential)
