Interim Maintenance Manager
Titeline Drilling is a modern exploration drilling company with operations throughout Australia and around the globe. We are currently seeking an experienced and hands on Interim Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and reliability of our underground and surface drilling fleet. This temporary leadership role is responsible for ensuring equipment availability, maintenance compliance, cost control and the effective management of maintenance personnel and contractors across multiple operations

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across Titeline's drilling fleet and support equipment.

- Ensure preventative maintenance programs are implemented and adhered to.

- Monitor equipment performance, reliability, and downtime, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and external service providers.

- Provide technical support to site teams and maintenance personnel.

- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with company safety standards and legislative requirements.

- Develop maintenance schedules and work closely with operations to maximize fleet utilization.

- Report regularly on fleet performance, maintenance costs, and key operational risks.

Skills & Experience





- Proven experience managing maintenance teams within the mining, drilling, or heavy mobile equipment sectors.

- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with drilling equipment preferred.

- Demonstrated leadership, planning, and organisational capabilities.

- Sound understanding of safety, compliance, and asset management principles.

- Ability to work effectively across multiple sites and manage competing priorities.

What we need from you:

Trade Qualified Professional.

Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar role.

Must be safety focused.

Must produce a clear drug and alcohol screen.

Strong leadership and team management skills

Familiarity with maintenance software and tools

Able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
