Experienced in high end ladies fashion and menswear preferred, you understand the challenges of volume retail and love to chase sales this could be right up your alley!

- Previous management experience, essential in retail

- Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience

- Proven ability to achieve sales, wages & stock loss targets

- Solid Communication skills

- A positive attitude and take pride in your personal style and presentation

- Be able to develop,



coach and mentor the team to achieve KPI's.

- Excellent computer skills essential.

- Be a confident team leader, who possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate their staff, have experience in high end customer service and fantastic organizational skills.
