This is a dynamic and hands-on Sales Support role where you will play an integral part in ensuring customers receive exceptional service while supporting the Product Managers and wider commercial team. You will be responsible for processing sales orders, quotations and purchase orders, coordinating stock releases to the warehouse, and following up on shipping documentation and delivery schedules to ensure customers are kept informed.
Your responsibilities will include answering enquiries, servicing accounts, engaging with both internal and external stakeholder to troubleshooting with the team. Sample management, logging in and out and ensuring all are tracked and recorded, keeping customers updated. Preparing purchased orders,



quotes and sales orders, daily stock releases and following up on ETA's. Your role will ensure all orders are accurately recorded and updated, all documentation is correct and forwarded for processing and also conducting customer satisfaction audits. You will enjoy liaising with teams both domestically and internationally and will thrive on the variety, having the opportunity to take ownership of this role. Work alongside a motivated team in a beautiful office setting, be provided with full training and support with opportunity for your own growth in the role.

You are highly organised, positive, versatile and love working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple priorities. You have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail and enjoy sharing your ideas for process improvements. You are now keen to take full autonomy of your next role with the opportunity to work with a multi-national and be recognised for personal growth. If you have experience with Sage/Salesforce and have a background/degree in Chemical/Cosmetic/Logistics or the Medical industry, this will be a bonus but not essential.
