About the role

The Program Director – Claims Technology & Architecture is responsible for leading the delivery of major technology implementation streams within the TAC's Clients Digital Transformation Program. This is a critical leadership role that will drive the successful implementation of a new enterprise claims platform, ensuring technology delivery aligns with strategic objectives and delivers lasting business value.

Working across business and technology, you will translate program strategy into executable delivery plans, mobilising multidisciplinary teams and managing complex interdependencies across technology, architecture, data, business and change. You will oversee the successful implementation, integration and optimisation of the new claims platform, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Leading large-scale delivery across a complex, multi-vendor workplace, you will provide strategic oversight of technology delivery, architecture, governance, commercial arrangements and stakeholder engagement.

About the Team

This role sits within the Enterprise Transformation division, which is responsible for delivering TAC's most significant strategic and transformation initiatives. The division brings together business, digital, change and delivery expertise to enable sustainable, enterprise-wide outcomes that optimise client experience,



employee experience and community impact.

Reporting to the General Manager – Claims Platform Delivery, you will join a brand new, high-performing leadership team delivering the organisation's largest and most complex transformation program. This is an evolving and collaborative team built on shared problem-solving and a strong delivery mindset, working together to shape TAC's future claims platform and support the way our business operates.

What we’re looking for

Enterprise Technology & Platform Delivery Leader

You bring extensive experience leading large-scale enterprise technology and platform implementation programs within complex organisations. You have a proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS or core platform implementations, with experience across technology delivery, systems integration and architecture. Experience implementing platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics, Workday or similar enterprise solutions will be highly regarded.

Strategic Program & Commercial Leadership

You are an experienced program leader with strong commercial, financial and governance capability, confident managing complex delivery environments involving multiple vendors, significant budgets and competing priorities. You proactively manage risks, dependencies and delivery performance, ensuring technology outcomes are aligned with strategic objectives and deliver long-term business value.

Collaborative Influencer & People Leader

You excel at building trusted relationships across business, technology and external delivery partners, bringing diverse teams together to achieve shared outcomes. An engaging and authentic leader, you influence senior stakeholders with confidence,



lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative culture that supports successful technology delivery, organisational change and continuous improvement.
