FourQuarters has been exclusively retained to appoint a Junior Sales Consultant on behalf of a leading Australian non-bank lender and alternative asset manager - a business with a robust market reputation and an exciting growth agenda across its mortgage distribution business.
This is a graduate opportunity for someone driven looking to launch a career in financial services and sales. You will work at the heart of a high-performing distribution team, supporting mortgage advisers, managing the loan application process end-to-end, and building the foundational skills needed to grow into a client-facing sales career.
About the Role
Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will be the backbone of the sales team - managing loan applications, coordinating with clients, lenders, and solicitors, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support mortgage advisers and the sales team throughout the loan application process from start to finish
- Collect, review, and process client documentation ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely loan processing and settlement
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan progress, and documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally
- Data entry and management across ATLAS and ApplyOnline platforms
- Stay updated on industry regulations, lending policies, and mortgage products
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a better customer experience
About You
- Recent graduate or early career professional eager to build a career in financial services and sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust attention to detail, administrative capability, and data entry accuracy
- Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and able to work to daily targets and deadlines
- Customer-focused with a genuine drive to deliver exceptional service
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work under pressure
- Prior experience in a mortgage or lending workplace is advantageous but not essential
