THE ROLE:
Reporting to a supportive leadership team, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a well-maintained residential portfolio
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting routine inspections
- Completing entry and exit condition reports
- Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs
- Providing exceptional customer service and communication
- Ensuring compliance and portfolio performance
REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years' Property Management experience
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- Experience with PropertyMe will be highly regarded
