OVERVIEW

An exceptional opportunity exists for an accomplished property or precinct leader to take the helm of one of South Australia's most recognised market and mixed-use precincts. This landmark destination brings together retail, hospitality, commercial, entertainment and community spaces, creating a vibrant hub that welcomes thousands of visitors each week.
Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the commercial property tower which is situated in this precinct, ensuring exceptional commercial performance, stakeholder engagement and customer experience while driving future growth and activation opportunities.

- Lead the overall strategy, operations and financial performance of the precinct.
- Develop and execute long-term business plans to maximise revenue, occupancy and asset value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, market traders, commercial tenants and key stakeholders.
- Drive leasing performance in collaboration with external leasing specialists.
- Oversee asset management, facilities, capital works and maintenance programs along with the wider team.
- Manage operational risk, compliance, governance and WHS obligations.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Inspire, mentor and develop a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement across the precinct.

CRITERIA:





You are an experienced senior leader with a proven ability to manage complex property or destination assets while delivering outstanding commercial outcomes.
You will ideally bring:

- Extensive experience in precinct, retail, commercial property or mixed-use property management.
- Strong financial and commercial management capability, including budgeting and P&L; responsibility.
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams.
- A solid tenant focused mindset
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with government, boards or community organisations will be highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of leasing, facilities management, asset management and capital projects.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style.
- Outstanding communication, and negotiation skills
